Warranty Policies

Trigol warrants all clothing products purchased directly from Trigol or an authorized Trigol retailer to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Money-Back Guarantee

TRIGOL offers a money-back guarantee for its motorcycle protective garments. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.

Normal Wear and Tear

The TRIGOL warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the motorcycle protective garments, including but not limited to fading, fraying, or discoloration. TRIGOL recommends proper care and use of its products to minimize the effects of normal wear and tear.

Unauthorized Modifications

The TRIGOL warranty does not cover damage caused by unauthorized modifications or alterations made to the motorcycle protective garments. TRIGOL recommends only using authorized repair or maintenance services to ensure the proper functioning and safety of its products.

Warranty is not valid if:

  1. The product has been damaged in an accident.
  2. Own customization has been made to the product.
  3. Harmful chemicals, like bleaches or denatured alcohol, have been used on the product.
  4. The care instructions for the product have not been followed.
  5. The product has been used for a purpose other than its intended use.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact Trigol customer service via email at support@trigol.com with your order number and a description of the defect. Trigol will provide instructions on how to proceed with the warranty claim process.
